The course will include weekly video teachings on everything from how to sit, where to sit, when to sit, what meditation is and what it isn’t, what to think about… and a centuries-old system for preparing the mind to be able to meditate easily and (seemingly) spontaneously. (It worked for me, and I was a hard nut to crack.) Additionally you are able to choose the level of offering that is just right for you, from quite simple to being able to lead your own meditation series.

Even through videos, Amy is approachable and her teachings practical. The time needed for this course is very manageable (~1 hr/class) for people with busy lives like me. I like the flexibility of taking the class on my own time while having the forum to share ideas, ask questions, and get support. The course helped me learn more about meditation and establish a daily practice. Whether I may have time for 1 hour sitting or only a few minutes free – the variety and practicality of teaching lets me choose what works best for me and still get the benefits of meditation.
